• sk problem...help?

  i don't have the time, or patience to look around the threads...but i was hoping someone could give me some advice on how to fix my phone.

  i got this replacement on the 11th...it doesn't ring or vibrate when someone is calling.  it does when i get a text, but not a call.

  i can see a call coming in, it shows it on the screen, but no sound, no vibration.
