• black screen with red x??

  some one plz explain to me what this is

  my phone will freeze up sometimes then a black screen with lyk green letters n a big red X will appear over it it flashes real fast then my phone restats itself then when it turns back on eveything is deleted like my pics in my pic messnging, textes and bookmarks and stuff lyk that
