• I have a question about the "Case of the Missing Contacts"

  Well I spent the last half hour on the online chat with a nice T-Mobile person who restored my myFaves contacts and deleted some people for me. Well I just got off the chat about 5 minutes ago and it hit me. If we ASK them to sync back our faves and they can do it with no problem whats so ever, then couldn't they sync back our regular contacts????

• No, because your regular contacts are stored at Danger, while your MyFavs contacts is a T-Mobile feature.

• It was just a question. I don't see why everyone on this sight feels the need to be smart asses.

  The reason everyone lost their contacts were because people hard reset their phones.
