has anyone been on the phone and just start hearing their self talking on the phone thru the reciever an not the other party on thee line?

Yeah, I have a few times.

Usually it's just a bad connection - I just hang up and redial. 99.9% it fixes it, if it doesn't its either your end or the other persons end (if you're calling a landline and it happens its probably their end)

This happens to me a lot too but I agree, its just a bad connection and once you move around a lil bit, it goes away.

Happens to me. But I wouldn't say it happens often.
I just do what others said on this thread, hang up and call back...

And what about when you talking on the phone and the other person is trippin about how they can hear themself eveytime when they are talking to you??

There is no need for a fix for this. There's nothing wrong, just bad connection/reception.
