If your SK password isn't working, try your my tmobile password first (if you dont know it go to my.t-mobile.com and click forgot password and it will get texted to your SK). If that doesn't work log into your my t-mobile page and change your my t-mobile password. If that doesn't work. go to Menu>settings>System Info and scroll down to where it says IMSI. Try the last 4 digits of the IMSI number. If none of that works its time to call tech care for a password reset.
Where did you get that info from? Ive been signed in since last week. Browser was working fine until they had the issue with it logging into other peoples accounts, then nothing.
So you are saying even though I am signed in, and everything is working, I still need to change my password?

Unhappy Address Book

I dropped my device before I had a chance to back everything up, am I totally screwed as far as my contacts go? Has anyone heard anything relatively new?

When I got my emails, attachments were too large to display but still attached to the original message or attachments could not be displayed, and the later means they were lost. :[
