OTA for LX 09 Coming Soon...

It depends on how long the new LX was on the shelf before you got there. If it has been there for some time, the moment you sign in you will get a new device.

If it's fresh off the assembly line so to speak, there may be a chance it's on there.

Either way, you will get the OTA. It will prompt you when you want to update if it's not there.

An ota update will be awesome. I think that's what they're getting ready for. I read a while back that tmobile is suppose to make they're 3g faster. So hopefully that's apart of it.

I also noticed that if you goto youtube there's and option to watch in either hq or standard. So that may be apart of it too. I don't remember there being that option before. I couldn't watch anything due to the outage of course...

Am I the only one who wants a signature at the end of my texts?

Wow...it's not like you're asking for the world! LoL! BTW, you listed the Loopt app twice. As for the Photobucket app, it was already available in the catalog, I have it on my SK. I really don't care what the OTA is for...as long as it keeps my phone working the way it's supposed to work.

whats the point of that? SMS are only meant to be short anyway, noone generally reads signatures on texts.

Plus I still never worked out why we can only hold 30 SMS on SIM, since my (Telstra) SIM can hold thousands.

they actually have time to make newer ota's? Shouldn't they be busy getting our info back to us?

Ohhh but I did forget to say that I wish the "Request Delivery Report" thing was available on the 09 like it was on my other SKs.

The OTA was "announced" (I put that in quotes because it was on a rumor site) before the whole data loss shenanigans.
