I don't have my notes from the outage still. It has been over a month.
They can't even tell me if I have any data that is recoverable. This is inexcusable. Now this outage is insult to injury. They didn't have to offer the credit, but they did. Tell me you wouldn't take it. I pay my bill before or on time EVERY month since I signed 5 years ago. I live up to my end of the bargain. The only thing that corporations understand is the bottom line so the only way I can be heard is to speak their language. |

I never lost my signal. I was in a 3g area & I had 3g the entire time. I just couldn't make any calls to anyone on TMobile but I could call other carriers & landlines just fine & I couldn't send or recieve texts from anyone on any carrier. It seems to be working now though.

Haha wow after watchin the news this morning its funy how tmobile says only "5% of its customers have experienced the outage" on top of that they dont wanna say wat caused it....this sounds a lil familiar...
