I've been with t-mo for 4 years now, 2 sidekicks. I've been through a lot of 1-3 day long outages before (and several other service outages) and this one finally takes the cake. After last months outage (granted it wasn't tmobiles fault but still affected us) I'm just completely outraged and fed up. I just finished filing complaints about t-mobile on the FCC and Better Business Bureau websites. We've been paying for services we aren't receiving and when we do get them resolved, they give us inadequate consolation prizes (20 dollar service credit? srsly?) They should be allowing customers to waive the early termination fee at this point. They aren't providing the service we are PAYING for.
I seriously suggest you guys do the same if you feel as wronged as I do as a consumer, and complain about the lack of service and customer service (impossible to call t-mobile right now and online service is impossible to get through). http://www.bbb.org/ http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
