Smile How to fix all ur sidekick problems ringtones, messages, pics etc...
Okay so lately I've noticing that a lot of sidekick users haven't gotten there ringtones back,alerts,pics, and catalog....
And its really gets u mad rite? Lol
Well I have the soultion...

Make a soft reset on ur phone
@+1+0 and wait til it saves the data then hold R keeping holding til it loads completly it will prompt u to put in ur username and password
Then you should receive a message saying your faves have been refreshed and then ur ringtones and etc... should be back hope it helps :)

You should only try this with your sim card out your phone.
