Txt ringtone not working -____-'

Everytime i get a new text, it doesnt do anything anymore.. it juss shows up. It doesnt vibrate, ring, or light up. It juss alerts me every two mins and its annoying -__-
anybody know how to fix it? its been doing this ever since the outage started .

jus leave it lone and once the everything is running normal it will all come back. give it a little longer, n the meantime try doing a soft reset and choosing a stock txt alert. that should solve it for now until your ringtones come back

i did choose a stock txt alert. it still doesnt work. nothing does.

mines not working either, i dnt hve my contacts, my ringtones, pic msgs, nor email bck.. i guess its jst goin' 2 take them jst a lil' while longer, at least we making sum progress......

jus wait it out michelle, and keep an eye on your kickk for those messages

im havn that problem too....all i get is a numer and when go to reply i see who its from

Everything you all are experiencing is all part of the outage. I was reading earlier that everything should start really coming back saturday evening. Some ppl have gotten their contacts back already.

I personally think that tmobile shoud credit us 2 months worth service since this has happened. They really haven't handled it good at all! If we are such VIPS to them then they will do it.
