Some problems with my LX 09
Well, I just brought the phone like 2 weeks ago but now I've been seeing problems with it. First, I can't go into the download category for some reason.. it's stuck on the loading bar but doesn't go threw...stuck on loading. Second, my phone starting to restart itself. I see a huge green cross on the screen super quick then it restart itself. Third, sometimes when I talk on the sidekick I hear some kind of echo on it.
Just wanted to know what I could do to fix this problem, thanks guys.

It was a outage on all sidekicks that's why your phone is doing that. Look at the other threads posted on this site...

The outage has made the catalog totally useless & if u call CC about ur phone restarting they'll tell u some crazy story about how the outage is causing ur phone to restart.
That's totally insane because when I got mines in October it restarted twice on the day that I got it, there was no outage then.

Your catalog is not working because of the outage that happened like 3 weeks ago. They still have not completely restored everything. Give it time.
The red X with green letter crash, im pretty sure everyones 09 did that when they barely got it. Mine did it twice I believe but never again. Sidekicks are known for crashing so there's nothing to worry bout unless it does it like really often. The echoing is caused by bad reception.

my sidekick wont show the info for some of my music
i have OCD about my music being organized and i've corrected every song individually on my computer but some of them still won't display right on my LX 09 HELP ME!

your sidekick restarting randomly is a common problem. when mine first did it i called and asked and thats what i was told even though my lx 07 never did it.
if you ever get a red x and green writing on the screen your phone crashed and you'd be better off trying to get a replacement asap

Wen Will the download catalog be back up? i go intop mine and all i see is the stuff already on my phone
