OTA Update?

I heard chatter of T-mo reps talking about an update recently so I jumped on the support chat line this morning. The rep I talked to also said there would be an update rolling out today and that we would be notified on our devices when it was ready. He mentioned the update would require a soft reset.

I've gotten some free apps yestarday that come with the sk, so stuff is happening.. Also if they do roll a ota today, some might not receive it until a few weeks later.

Live Chat is available in the "Contact T-Mobile" section of the T-mo site. The page asks for your question and searches it against the usual static resources first, then gives you the option to enter live online chat with a rep. The live chat folks seem more helpful than what I've gotten from voice support.

And yep, updates usually roll out slowly. I really hope it fixes all the settings/bookmarks/etc trouble.

Ok do yall remember back when we had the lx 08 and we forced the ota for video capabilities? Will that work with tha 09's? Just curious

You can't force an OTA during the initial rollout.

Is it just an update for the 09 or also for other sks such as the lx,and the 08?

I hope so..

I'd Imagine It'd Be For All Devices Because They Were All Affected By This Outage And The OTA-U Is Supposed To Be Some Kind'a Firmware To Secure Data And Ensure It Doesn't Happen, Again.?
