Default What about Telstra?

Just because we have a smaller user base compared to Tmo USA and Telstra no longer sell your phones, or your service, but what about those who still have a Danger powered device? Are we just left behind?

We've been plauged with data problems for MONTHS - and the data features are what make a hiptop a hiptop. We've been having trouble with MSN for three months, Yahoo sometimes logs in when it wants to work, browser is SLOW, even for EDGE and now we have problems sending or receiving SMS - ONLY in Danger devices.

We can't simply call "Customer Care" - Telstra care less. We know you've been trying to recover after the whole disaster with T-Mobile, but what about us Telstra customers? Are we just a problem that will be swept under the rug? Will we come to see the day when our problems are fixed and we have a fully working hiptop again?

you said it, its annoying as hell.
we are paying customers, and we signed a contract saying we will pay for certain services. we are paying for their problems.

i must be one very lucky customer then. in the 3 years i've had a hiptop i've only had 2 hard resets. other than that both my 3 and slide have worked perfectly.

and of course now that i've said that my phone will probably go up in flames.

Ha, I've been through 2 slides and a 3 and have all these problems. Best bit, I've only been connected for 4 months. Phone's going next week at this rate
