I tried doing the battery draining thing idk I don't see a differnce.

I have to charge my phone after school because I live far from school and I need it -_-

Looks like you've tried everything.

Just get a backup battery.

I've never really trusted the ambient light sensor, it just doesn't really make sense to me that changing the brightness every few seconds saves battery life. I usually just keep my brightness all the way down. I know it's not much advice, but maybe you can give it a try. My battery usually lasts about 10 - 12 hours on a single charge, and that includes heavy texting, aim & a little bit of web browsing. By the end of the day, I'm usually on 1% so I have to run to my room & charge my phone, but at least I get a good 10 or so hours of usage from it (: so all in all, maybe you can try turning off the ambient light sensor. Sorry I couldn't be of more help though :\

I have an LX09, and my battery life is really awful as well. One thing I've done on my SK, that helps lengthen the battery life, is change my Network Options to "GSM/EDGE only". Granted, it will not link to the "3G" Network, but I can still access everything and don't notice ANY difference with it, and it also extends my battery life for a couple extra hours.

I hope this helps.

I assume you guys have GPS turned off? That's a big user of battery.

So Bing is a search engine and really wont drain your battery unless you search for "Panda-bears crave human flesh?" over and over all day long like me.

But if you have the GPS app downloaded and installed it will drain your device pretty quickly because you are essentially broadcasting your position to a satellite all the live long day. Combine this with having bluetooth on and your battery will be drained very quickly...like how a panda bear can drain all of the blood from an average size human in less then 12 minutes ITS A FACT PEOPLE!
